To tailor our services to meet your needs, we need to listen. Join our co-design workshops and consultations to help us shape and improve our offerings. These are paid opportunities (£13.15/hour).

The Teashop+ is a group mental wellbeing programme with a digital part.

This six-week program features both a digital component and in-person group component. This is an exciting chance to blend digital tools with face-to-face support groups.

  • Eligibility: All adults (18+)

    Details: Attend both workshops to help design the in-person session content + integrate the digital component.

    Location: In-person in Holborn, London

    Time Commitment: 6 hours total

  • Eligibility: Adult (18+) ethnic minority women

    Details: Attend this workshop to help tailor the programme specifically for ethnic minority women.

    Location: In-person in Holborn, London

    Time Commitment: 3 hours total

  • Eligibility: Adult (18+) ethnic minority women

    Details: Join for all three workshops!

    Location: In-person in Holborn, London

    Time Commitment: 9 hours total

  • Eligibility: Mental health professionals

    Details: Discuss implementation of The Teashop+.

    Location: Virtual

    Time Commitment: 1.5 hours total

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Mental health professionals working in the UK (e.g., psychologists, assistant psychologists, psychiatrists, social prescribers, GPs, link workers, PWPs, staff who work in mental health community organisations/charities/social enterprises etc.)

  • Over 3 years of experience with working with people with mental health needs
